Your Noxturne scooter arrives 95% assembled. Simply:

  1. Unfold the scooter by releasing the locking mechanism
  2. Attach the handlebars using the included 4mm Allen key
  3. Charge the battery fully before first use (4-6 hours)
  4. Download the Noxturne app and pair via Bluetooth

Do I need a license to ride?

Regulations vary by country and region:

  • USA: Most states allow up to 750W without license. Check local laws.
  • EU: 250W limit for public roads in most countries. Higher power models for private property only.
  • UK: Currently restricted to rental schemes on public roads. Private use allowed.
  • Australia: 200W limit in most states. Check local regulations.
How long does the battery last?

Battery lifespan depends on usage and care:

  • Typical lifespan: 500-1000 charge cycles
  • Daily use: 2-4 years
  • Occasional use: 4-6 years

To maximize battery life: avoid extreme temperatures, don't store at 0% or 100% for long periods, and use the original charger.

Can I exchange for a different model?
